Tbh, I've had absolutely no interaction with the stewards, apart from maybe to ask them where my seat was (I've sat all over the gaff). You don't have to buy anything in there either.

cuz - People have managed to get refunds on this three year thing as loads of their lies, sorry promises, were not met.
Keep kicking up a fuss, or simply stop paying, it's not a credit agreement like with a mobile so I doubt they'd take you to court over it.

cuz - Talk to Huffers, I'm sure he knows of folk who have got out of the three year commitment.
